The drying and carbonization machine is a new type of carbon powder carbonization machine which enters the raw material and produces the finished product carbon while it belongs to the heat drying machine, and the whole production process does not produce harmful gases, The drying and carbonization machine is widely used, such as peanut shell, sawwood, corn stalk, bagasse, branch, rice husk, bamboo chip, sorghum stalk, sunflower seed hull, distiller's grains, corncob, sorghum stalk, coconut hull, coffee dregs, cotton pole, bean stalk, taro grass, dead leaves and other biomass raw materials, waste medicine plant, residue, sludge and so on, which can be used to reduce the shortage of resources supply and demand in China, and is a good choice to turn waste into treasure.
 Carbon is also a kind of energy fuel which can be regenerated by biomass waste. The calorific value is higher than that of the same kind of raw material, and the combustion effect is better than that of the general coal block. It can adsorb toxic gas, such as formaldehyde produced after decoration, etc. It is smokeless, tasteless, non-toxic, clean and sanitary when burning, and has broad market potential, easy to sell, quick effect, large use and large market demand.
 Requirements for Raw Materials of New Horizontal Drying and Carbonizing Integrated Machine
  Particle size not more than 50 mm、 water content should ﹤25% of biomass particles can be directly into the first type of machine for carbonization, such as: sawdust, rice husk, fruit husk, palm husk, peanut husk, bamboo chips, shavings and so on can be directly carbonized; raw materials with larger carbonization (more than 50 mm), such as branches, bark, coconut husk, straw, hemp rod, tobacco stem, etc., need to be crushed and then carbonized first; if the water content exceeds 30%, the second type machine can be selected for production.

principle of operation
By using the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and hydrogen produced by insufficient combustion of biomass raw materials in the carbonization process, the pure combustible gas is obtained by separating wood tar, wood acetic acid and other impurities through the flue gas separation device, and the main engine cylinder is heated by the induced fan into the self-made burner (the temperature is generally controlled at about 600℃). After heating to a certain temperature, the feed can be carbonization. When the carbonization raw material self-flue gas is produced and burned enough, the gasifier is gradually closed and the flue gas valve of the carbonization main engine is opened to realize the self-sufficiency of the combustible gas in the carbonization process
