 Continuous carbonization furnace, also known as continuous carbonization machine, is a new type of effective energy saving and environmental protection carbon making equipment. principle of operation
1. the carbonization machine has just started (first feeding) heating, heat source heating carbonization furnace.
 One is to use the hot gas flow produced by the reflecting furnace to burn carbonization to achieve the purpose of heating carbonization.
 The other is to use a gasifier unit to ignite the sawdust through the gasifier and to burn the combustible gas produced by gasification to achieve the purpose of heating up carbonization .(The gasification of the sawdust passes through the carbonized carbon powder output device to become the carbonized carbon powder, and the combustible gas is recovered through the wood tar recovery device)
 2. the carbonization temperature reaches a certain temperature, the combustible gas produced in it is separated by dust separator, and the combustible gas after dust separation is recovered by wood tar recovery device.
 After the 3. is heated by carbonization, the reaction furnace heating or gasifier gas production device stops working, and the preliminary heating equipment is finished.
 After 4. carbonization for about 2-3 hours (time temperature is different), the carbon powder flows slowly from carbonization to the carbonized carbon powder cooler and flows out from the cooler.
