Type HS-50 charcoal/coal briquette machine is also called wood briquette machine. Its products can be divided into sawdust briquette making machine, rice husk briquette making machine, sawdust briquette making machine, etc. This equipment is the main forming equipment for producing machine-made charcoal. It can remove bamboo, wood, husk, straw and other granular (length ≤ 5mm, diameter ≤ 3mm) waste materials with a moisture content of <12%, without any binder, through High temperature and high pressure process, extruded into a solid fuel rod with a center hole.

Features of HS-50 charcoal/coal briquette machine:

The briquette making machine is the main equipment that uses wood chips, rice husks, peanut shells and other wood materials (without adding any binder) to make stick-shaped solid fuels under high pressure conditions.

This machine adopts a temperature adjustment indicator, which can operate stably at the set temperature, and has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple operation and maintenance, etc. The solid fuel produced by this machine is easy to catch fire, has a high calorific value (more than 20% higher than that of ordinary wood), has less pollutants when burned, and has a large specific gravity for storage and transportation. 8. Installation and debugging:

(1) Tighten all connecting bolts, especially the three jacks inside the heating cylinder, connect the cooling water pipeline, and connect the electrical appliances and power lines.

(2) Check all lubrication parts.

(3) Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.

(4) No-load start-up operation for 5 minutes, no abnormalities such as stuck, bumps, etc., can be put into normal production. When an abnormality is found in the test machine, the machine must stop immediately, find the cause, and run the no-load operation after troubleshooting.

(5) Put the temperature regulator. Adjust to the required temperature. When the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, the machine can be turned on and the material can be fed appropriately.

(6) Gradually increase the amount of feed until the product is qualified in the normal production area. When the normal production is minutes, it can indicate the success of the test run and the normal production operation.

(7) Before shutting down, make sure that there is no material in the hopper, and immediately reverse it for 1 minute after shutting down, so that the raw materials contained in the inlet are withdrawn.

(8) The machine body must be well grounded.
