Briquette extruder is a briquetting equipment that compresses the prepared pulverized coal into briquettes with certain strength by using the principle of screw extrusion.
Coal briquette machine is one of the main equipment in the fuel forming section of the gas making system in ammonia fertilizer plant and gas plant. It is a new technology that extrudes the fuel pulverized coal into a round (or hexagonal or square) coal briquette with certain strength, and then enters the gasifier for combustion to replace the traditional technology of burning lump coal and briquette. Using coal bar machine to make coal bar can make full use of pulverized coal. In the production process, there is no need to add lime, which reduces the cost of fuel and improves the calorific value of coal. It has higher economic benefits. In addition, the equipment has small volume, no need of carbonization and drying equipment, no need of steam, saves investment and reduces the floor area. At the same time, it provides reliable guarantee for manufacturers to effectively use cheap coal instead of high price coal, so as to reduce production costs and improve economic benefits.
Installation and debugging of coal bar machine
1. Before installation, all parts must be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust during transportation or storage for a long time, and check whether the parts have no damage ring.
2. Before commissioning, the lubricating parts should be lubricated with proper amount of oil. Check all bolts for looseness and tighten them. Jog the machine to see if there is any foreign body or abnormal sound. Only after everything is confirmed to be correct can the vehicle be started. And check whether the rotation direction is correct.
3. After 3-5 minutes of idling, the machine can be put into trial production when everything is normal. The new machine should be evenly put into trial production with moderate moisture content (12% - 15%).
Use and maintenance of coal bar machine
1. Before starting each shift, check whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether there is abnormal noise. The machine can be put into production after 2 ~ 3 minutes of empty operation.
2. The raw material must be treated, the particle size is less than 3mm, water, binder and curing agent are added, and then it can be used after 24 hours of mixing and retting.
3. If the blanking hole is blocked, use wood or bamboo strips to dredge it. Do not use metal rods.
4. Lubricating oil shall be regularly injected into the bearing of the rotating part of the machine, and the temperature of the bearing part shall not exceed 60 ℃.
5. Stop blanking before shutdown, stop the machine when the material in the cylinder is empty, dismantle the machine head, clean it and install it again for use after work.
6. In order to avoid overload operation of the motor, it is recommended that the user install an ammeter and adjust the cutting amount and water content according to the ammeter.

working principle

Its working principle is: the motor transmits the power to the transmission through the V-belt, the output shaft of the transmission transmits the power to the propulsion shaft through the floating coupling, and the propeller on the propulsion shaft pushes the coal out through the forming die head to produce the ideal high-pressure coal bar.
