The drum dryer produced by Henan Chenyang Equipment Co., Ltd. is specially designed and manufactured for drying sawdust and sawdust. The equipment integrates drying, cooling and drying, and can save energy by 30-50% compared with ordinary dryer, which can greatly save energy and drying cost. It is mainly suitable for drying large particles and large specific gravity materials in sawdust, distiller's grains residue, rice husk and other industries, such as mineral powder, coal slime, coal powder, etc.
The drum dryer produced by Henan Chenyang Equipment Co., Ltd. is mainly composed of rotary body, lifting plate, transmission device, support device and sealing ring. The dryer is a cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal direction. The materials are added from the higher end, and the high-temperature hot flue gas flows into the cylinder body together with the material. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the lower end due to gravity. In order to increase the drying rate and promote the material to move forward, a plate is installed on the inner wall of the cylinder to pick up and sprinkle the materials, so as to increase the contact surface between the material and the air flow. The dried product is collected from the lower part of the bottom end.
Drum dryer has the advantages of large capacity, less fuel consumption and low drying cost. The dryer has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, which can use high temperature hot air to quickly dry materials. It has strong expansibility, and the production allowance is considered in the design. Even if the output increases slightly, there is no need to replace the equipment. The equipment adopts the structure of self-aligning tugboat. The tugboat and the rolling ring match well, which greatly reduces the wear and power consumption. The specially designed block wheel structure greatly reduces the horizontal thrust caused by the tilting operation of the equipment.
