The working process of the briquette machine

Before making the sawdust briquette should crusher material, and the sawdust diameter less than 5mm. What's more, moisture should be in 8%-12%. The heating ring temperature should be 300°-380° before feeding the sawdust. Screw propeller pushes raw materials to make sawdust stick. So that in high temperature and high-pressure environment, the finished product of wooden stick is better and the density is more compact.
